Job Summary
Lead Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems, while using leadership and mentoring skills to drive a team toward improved customer care and satisfaction. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing brake/hydraulic, exhaust, ignition/electrical, suspension/align ment, air conditioning and computer systems; explaining technical diagnoses to non-technical customers; keeping current with evolving automotive technology through paid formal training; and training technicians in performing technical activities. Requires obtaining or maintaining ASE certifications in at least five of A1–A8 within two years, and possessing a valid driver's license. The role emphasizes leadership, training, and clear communication of repairs, with a compensation model featuring flat-rate pay and a first-time 2,000 USD sign-on bonus for new hires. While not requiring a specific degree, the position anticipates substantial automotive repair experience and certifications.
Required Qualifications
