Job Summary
Lead Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems, mentor a team toward improved customer care and satisfaction; participate in ongoing formal training and ASE certifications with a focus on brake/hydraulic, exhaust, ignition/electrical, suspension/alignment, air conditioning and computer systems; requires valid driver’s license and ASE certifications within two years, with competitive flat-rate pay and benefits. Includes opportunities for training, certifications, and a culture emphasizing integrity, teamwork, and community involvement. Pay range reflects regional productivity and described as $27.72-$50.78 per hour with company-wide commitment to fair compensation.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid automobile driver's license
- Skilled in brakes diagnosis/repair
- Skilled in alignment, steering & suspension diagnosis/repair
- Skilled in general automotive maintenance & tire repair
- Current federal, state and local certification/license where applicable
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people
- Reading, writing and math skills
- A.S.E. certification in at least 3 of A1-A8 (L1 can be one of the three) is preferred
