Responsibilities include responding via phone/text/chat/email, serving as product and process expert, maintaining CRM records in real time, following established scripts, and collaborating with store personnel to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to commute to different dealership locations
- valid driver's license and reliable transportation
