Job Summary
Automotive Internet Sales Coordinator responsible for creating an outstanding first impression for customers and supporting dealership sales/service operations. Core duties include answering incoming customer calls and scheduling appointments for the Sales Department, responding to internet/phone/live chat inquiries using dealership processes and scripts, providing vehicle and dealership information, directing customers to appropriate resources, and following up with those not yet ready to schedule. Also delivers CRM-based administrative support, maintains accurate customer records, assists with additional dealership tasks, and supports service-department calls and appointment scheduling to help achieve dealership sales goals. Requires a positive, persuasive, outgoing personality with strong communication and customer-service skills, team orientation, reliability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Must be available on Saturdays and hold a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
- Must be available to work Saturdays
