Automotive Internet Sales Coordinator

Answer incoming customer calls, schedule appointments for the Sales Department, and respond promptly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using dealership processes and scripts. Provide initial vehicle and dealership information, direct customers to appropriate resources, and follow up with those not yet ready to schedule or who missed appointments. Utilize the CRM system daily to track communication and maintain accurate records while assisting with overflow Service Department calls and administrative tasks.
