Job Summary
Experienced Internet Sales Consultant handles inbound internet inquiries and phone leads, assists customers in vehicle selection, and guides demonstrations. Builds professional relationships, uses CRM tools, communicates professionally via email and phone, and aims to meet sales quotas with strong negotiation and organizational skills. In-house position at Sheehy Ford of Richmond with base salary plus monthly commission and potential $60,000–$100,000+ annually; includes paid training, benefits, PTO from day one, 401(k) and profit sharing, and equal opportunity employment. Requires valid driver’s license and ability to pass background/MVR/drug tests.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months of Internet Sales Experience in ANY field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Time management, prioritization skills, and ability to multitask
- Authorized to work in the USA
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Background screening, Motor Vehicle Record check, and drug test
