Job Summary
Automotive Intern program at Rick Hendrick Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram FIAT focusing on hands-on learning in a dealership setting. Responsibilities include shadowing management, assisting the focus team on process improvement and customer/employee engagement projects, completing special projects for the General Manager, preparing correspondence and reports, directing calls and customers to appropriate departments, performing filing and clerical tasks, maintaining CSI and a clean, safe work area, participating in required training, and adhering to company policies and core values. Required skills include strong communication, organizational abilities, basic computer skills, and a willingness to learn about the automotive industry.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s License
- Automobile Salesperson License
- A desire to learn the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
