Job Summary
Deliver daily accounting boxes containing vehicle deals and documents to the Cumming location while picking up and returning materials according to schedule. Complete daily mail and bank runs between designated locations, safely transporting banking materials and following procedures for confidential deposits. Execute weekly and ad-hoc title runs to state and county offices, maintaining accurate records of all deliveries. Scan on-demand checks into CDK and manifest Service Repair Orders for shipment to DSN. Assist the accounting department with miscellaneous errands and provide transportation support to dealership departments as needed. Communicate professionally with external contacts including banks, government agencies, and vendors. Maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record and ensure all confidential documents are transported securely.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable attendance
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to safely and responsibly transport confidential documents and materials
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow established procedures and schedules
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to prioritize multiple daily tasks and meet deadlines
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed
- Comfortable driving throughout the local area and to state/county offices as required
- Maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
Desired Qualifications
- Previous courier, delivery, administrative, accounting, dealership, or office experience
- Experience handling confidential or financial documents
- Familiarity with automotive dealership operations
- Experience with CDK DMS
- Basic computer and scanning skills
