Job Summary
Execute fleet vehicle system installations per approved SOPs and quality standards while maintaining consistent cycle times. Perform self-checks, report defects, and support rework activities to ensure all work meets acceptance criteria. Retrieve materials from on-site storage, verify parts prior to installation, and conduct basic vehicle readiness inspections. Document installation activities and capture evidence using PAC digital tools for traceability. Adhere to all safety procedures, including JHA and PPE usage, and report incidents immediately. Work night shift, travel up to 80% across the U.S., and collaborate with the team to meet daily targets.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in automotive, mechanical, or installation-related roles
- Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and SOPs
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work NIGHT SHIFT
- Ability to travel up to 80% of the time across the U.S
- English Communication: All employees must be able to communicate effectively in English during operations
- Work Authorization: All employees must have valid legal authorization to work in the US
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in vehicle upfitting, retrofits, or fleet installation programs
- Familiarity with structured production or assembly environments
- Experience using digital tools for reporting or work tracking
- Basic electrical/mechanical troubleshooting experience
