Job Summary
Execute installations on commercial fleet vehicles following approved SOPs, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards while maintaining consistent cycle times. Perform self-checks, report defects, and support rework activities as needed. Retrieve and verify parts from on-site storage, conduct pre-installation visual inspections, and document all activities using PAC digital tools for traceability. Follow all safety procedures, including Job Hazard Analysis and PPE requirements, while collaborating with the team to meet daily targets. This temporary, project-based night shift role involves up to 80% travel across the U.S. and reports to the Site Leader.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in automotive, mechanical, or installation-related roles
- Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and SOPs
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work NIGHT SHIFT
- Ability to travel up to 80% of the time across the U.S
- English Communication: All employees must be able to communicate effectively in English during operations
- Work Authorization: All employees must have valid legal authorization to work in the US
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in vehicle upfitting, retrofits, or fleet installation programs
- Familiarity with structured production or assembly environments
- Experience using digital tools for reporting or work tracking
