Job Summary
Execute vehicle system installations on commercial fleet vehicles following approved SOPs and quality standards. Perform self-checks, report defects, and support rework activities while maintaining consistent cycle times and using tools safely. Retrieve materials from on-site storage, verify parts prior to installation, and conduct basic vehicle readiness checks. Document installation activities and evidence in PAC digital tools for traceability. Follow all safety procedures including Job Hazard Analysis and PPE requirements. Work night shift with up to 80% travel across the U.S. to support the launch of a high-impact automotive deployment program.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in automotive, mechanical, or installation-related roles
- Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and SOPs
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work NIGHT SHIFT
- Ability to travel up to 80% of the time across the U.S
- English Communication: All employees must be able to communicate effectively in English during operations
- Work Authorization: All employees must have valid legal authorization to work in the US
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in vehicle upfitting, retrofits, or fleet installation programs
- Familiarity with structured production or assembly environments
- Experience using digital tools for reporting or work tracking
- Basic electrical/mechanical troubleshooting experience
