Job Summary
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including demand clarification, job description drafting, resume screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation for roles across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and management. Optimize local and European recruitment channels, build agency relationships, and track hiring metrics to support rapid business growth in Spain and across Europe. Serve as the daily HR point of contact for employees regarding contracts, leave, and attendance while supporting the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. Validate salary data, coordinate with payroll providers, and assist in annual salary reviews, bonus payouts, and performance management cycles. Ensure compliance with Spanish labor laws and maintain accurate employee data in HR systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
- 3–6 years of HR experience, with recruitment as a primary responsibility
- Solid understanding of Spanish labor law and local HR practices
- Strong expertise in full-cycle recruitment, with the ability to deliver under high hiring volume
- Strong business acumen and ability to communicate effectively with hiring managers
- Basic hands-on experience or solid understanding of employee relations, compensation, and performance management
- Familiarity with ATS, HR systems, and standard office software
- Spanish: Native or business-fluent
- English: Business-fluent
