Job Summary
On-site HR Generalist/Payroll Coordinator in Bothell, WA, handling payroll processing in Paycom for 1-2 dealership locations, acting as contact for leave of absence and workplace injuries, posting accounting entries in Excel, coordinating with Recruiter on new hire transactions, reviewing drug screens and background results, assisting HR Director with recruiting, processing new hires and changes, managing system logins, ensuring timely and accurate timecard approvals for payroll, supporting benefits management in HRIS, auditing I-9s, updating ACA and leaves, tracking training in HRIS, and contributing to HR/Accounting projects with a focus on delivering an exceptional end-user experience.
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years of directly related experience or a bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Experience as an Auto industry Office Manager is a plus
- Preference given to HRIS experience, especially with Paycom
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Must enjoy problem solving and analytics
- Interest in learning more about Human Resources is a plus
