Job Summary
Perform mobile and in-shop auto glass replacements for all customer types, including removing and installing glass for Body Shop Customers and executing windshield chip repairs per ROLAGS and Glass-weld standards. Pre-inspect customer vehicles in the mobile app, document pre-existing damage, and identify unsafe work conditions that prohibit installation. Complete ADAS windshield recalibrations after receiving full training, and report part issues for resolution. Work standard 8 am–5 pm Monday through Friday with limited Saturday availability, utilizing provided van, cell phone, and fuel card. Gain knowledge from a team with 15+ years of experience while accessing shop resources across 200+ locations.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to stand for long periods during the repair of a vehicle
- Must be able to walk, sit, bend, push/pull, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach or crawl frequently
- Must be able to lift to 50 pounds
- Must have a valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years of Auto glass installer experience preferred
