Job Summary
Repair or replace vehicle windshields and other glass components using industry-leading tools while performing ADAS front camera recalibrations. Adhere to Belron International technical standards for door, window, and windshield repair, ensuring strict compliance with company procedures and tool maintenance protocols. Drive a company vehicle to client sites as required, seeking sales opportunities for add-on products and maintaining high productivity targets. Represent customer interests by providing timely feedback on the work process and fostering genuine relationships with clients and team members. Maintain a flexible schedule with an average of 37.5 hours per week, working within company Health and Safety procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs, if needed
- Have a valid Class 5 or Class G license (Class 7 Novice, or G2 are not considered full driver's license)
- Be able to drive company vehicle to complete the tasks independently at the client's site, where required
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- Be available to work a flexible schedule
- Be willing to work at different Belron Canada locations near your home, when required

- Direct experience in the automotive glass repair and replacement industry is an asset

- Good problem solving and communication skills
