Job Summary
Perform tire mounting, dismounting, balancing, and rotation while executing oil changes and multi-point inspections to document vehicle conditions. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment, and drive vehicles safely to pick up parts, supplies, and transport customers. Adhere to all safety procedures, report concerns to the supervisor, and support team members with assigned tasks. Work Saturdays with Sundays off, standing up to eight hours daily, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 70 pounds as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Flexibility to work Saturdays
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous automotive experience
- Energetic and hard-working individuals with a passion for cars
- High level of motivation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Vision sufficient to detect color, depth, and re-focus
- Ability to stand up to eight hours per day
- Ability to walk to gain access to various areas of the building
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel and crouch regularly
- Full range of motion with arms and hands
- Ability to feel, handle or finger objects frequently
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds regularly
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 70 pounds frequently
- Ability to communicate with customers and shop personnel
Desired Qualifications
- Some knowledge of basic automotive systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous automotive experience
