Job Summary

The Automotive General Service Technician is responsible for performing basic vehicle repair and maintenance services, providing exceptional customer service, and adhering to safety standards. This position is available as part-time or full-time, requiring automotive knowledge, and allows for career advancement with on-the-job training.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Must own a basic set of tools or participate in Monro's tool purchase program
  • Must have a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)

Desired Qualifications

  • Automotive training including basic car maintenance and repair or equivalent
  • Ability to operate customer vehicles for test drives
  • Current valid driver's license
