Job Summary
Automotive General Sales Manager position at Napleton Auto Park of Urbana leading dealership sales teams across new/used vehicle sales, financial services, and fixed operations. Key responsibilities include attracting, developing, and retaining top talent; motivating teams to meet performance goals; overseeing negotiation and financing processes; leading used car operations including inventory, merchandising, pricing, and reconditioning; delivering exceptional customer experience; collaborating with the General Manager on inventory planning and performance analysis; driving daily operations to maximize revenue and profitability. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, automotive retail sales manager experience, goal-setting ability, talent development skills, strong business acumen, effective communication, reliable organization, technology proficiency, valid drivers license, and willingness to pass background checks and drug screening. 110k-130k annual base pay with incentives, full benefits.

- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen in accordance with local law/regulations
- 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
