Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of the shop, including workflow, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of technicians while driving sales through clear service recommendations. Recruit, train, and develop staff to enhance skills and promote a positive work environment. Utilize POS systems for transaction processing and financial reporting. Monitor performance metrics, including labor efficiency, sales targets, and Customer Satisfaction Index. Manage parts ordering and vendor relationships. Enforce compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures. Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive repair, service, or retail management
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to drive sales and manage KPIs
- Customer-first mindset with a focus on quality and integrity
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and team members
- Valid driver's license
