Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of the shop, including workflow, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of technicians and service advisors while driving sales through clear service recommendations. Recruit, train, and develop staff to enhance skills and promote a positive work environment. Utilize POS systems for transaction processing and financial reporting, and monitor performance metrics including labor efficiency, sales targets, and CSI. Manage parts ordering and vendor relationships, enforce compliance with company policies and safety standards, and handle escalated customer concerns professionally. Requires previous experience in automotive repair, service, or retail management, strong leadership skills, and a valid driver's license.
