Job Summary
The General Manager will lead operations across Sales, Service, Parts, and Finance at the Chevrolet-Cadillac dealership, drive growth and profitability, and support department managers to meet performance goals. This role requires strong financial acumen and responsibility for P&L, along with the ability to maintain high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate must possess dealership leadership experience, expertise in modern sales tools, and a commitment to regulatory compliance and operational excellence. Responsibilities also include monitoring financial and operational KPIs.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive dealership leadership experience, including GM or GSM-level roles
- Proven success in high-volume automotive retail operations
- Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility
- Skilled at leading, coaching, and retaining high-performing teams
- Ability to maintain high CSI and foster a performance-driven culture
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency with DMS (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack) and CRM platforms (VinSolutions, ELEAD, DriveCentric)
- Knowledge of digital retailing, online lead management, and modern sales tools
- Familiarity with OEM programs, compliance tools, and dealership regulations
