Job Summary
Front Desk Support at an automotive repair shop in Toronto. Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering phones, assisting with paperwork and payment processing, scheduling appointments, basic computer data entry, supporting daily front counter operations, and maintaining a professional, friendly customer experience. Some automotive experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate. We are looking for someone who is professional, customer-focused, has intermediate computer skills, reliable, and able to work well in a team environment, stay calm under pressure, and be willing to learn. The ideal candidate is comfortable using computers, organized, able to handle multiple tasks, and willing to learn new systems and processes. Full-time or part-time available depending on experience.
