Job Summary
Conduct upper and lower bay oil changes, perform transmission and differential maintenance, and handle cooling system repairs. Communicate with customers to explain preventive maintenance programs, pricing, and necessary services while educating them on vehicle care. Execute additional duties including wiper blade replacement, filter changes, tire repair, and general center maintenance such as mopping and window washing. Attend mandatory training sessions and follow all safety procedures, reporting hazards or equipment needs to the Shop Manager. Maintain a clean, neat appearance and possess valid driver's license and mechanical tool skills.
