Job Summary
Automotive Floorplan Territory Manager based in Grand Rapids, MI with remote work option. Responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to acquire and retain dealer clients in the automotive sector, building relationships with dealership owners and decision-makers, presenting financing solutions, and growing the floorplan portfolio. Oversees servicing of accounts, monitors performance and payment trends, collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience, and provides training on financing solutions. Maintains risk assessment models, ensures compliance with policies and regulatory requirements, and travels >25% for in-person engagements as needed. Requires bilingual English/Spanish capabilities, strong financial acumen, excellent presentation and communication skills, independent work capability in a remote environment, and proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in related field and 3 years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
- 2+ years related experience in finance, sales, account management and/ or collections required
- Travel: Greater than 25% with some overnight travel required
- Ability to travel, fly, drive
- Valid driver’s license required for this position
