Job Summary
The Automotive Floorplan Territory Manager is responsible for building and managing a portfolio of automotive dealerships by signing dealerships, driving sales, and ensuring excellent account servicing. Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and overseeing customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate must possess strong financial acumen and communication skills, with experience in the automotive industry and a proven track record in sales and account management.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in related field
- 3 years of related experience
- 2+ years related experience in finance, sales, account management and/or collections

- Bilingual (English, Spanish)
- Strong financial acumen with knowledge of key financial tools and terminology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and collection skills
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact with clients and collaborate with internal teams
Additional Requirements
- Valid driver’s license required for this position
- Travel: Greater than 75% with some overnight travel required
