Automotive Floorplan Territory Manager

Automotive Floorplan Territory Manager in Boise, ID with remote work option. Responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to acquire and retain dealer clients within the automotive floorplan portfolio, driving sales, servicing accounts, and managing related risk. Build and maintain relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers to understand financing needs; present financing solutions; monitor portfolio performance; provide training and support to dealerships on financing solutions; collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance customer experience; ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Requires strong financial acumen, bilingual abilities (English and Spanish), excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment with substantial travel. Education: BA/BS in related field with 3 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Travel: Greater than 75% with some overnight travel required; Valid driver’s license. Skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams; strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities; ability to build and maintain client relationships and manage risk within a portfolio.
