Job Summary
Perform routine service, diagnoses, and repairs across all vehicle areas as a skilled-level technician. Execute general maintenance and diagnostics for both domestic and import vehicles, occasionally lifting or moving up to 50 pounds. Maintain a valid driver's license with a motor vehicle record acceptable to ICL Insurance Company requirements. Work a flexible schedule to cover store hours at KIA North, an employee-owned dealership group in New England. This role supports a team that offers annual profit-sharing, 4 weeks of paid vacation, employer-sponsored healthcare, and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of direct repair experience for both domestics and imports with diagnostics, general repairs and maintenance
- Automotive Trade School graduate
- Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certifications
- State Vehicle Inspector Certification
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Flexible schedule to cover store hours
- Excellent communication skills with a customer focus and friendly attitude
- Must have a valid driver's license and a motor vehicle record acceptable to ICL Insurance Company requirements
