Job Summary
Automotive F&I Manager responsible for presenting and negotiating finance and insurance options, analyzing customer financial information to determine loan or lease options, finalizing F&I contracts with accuracy and compliance, maintaining knowledge of financial products and regulatory requirements, collaborating with sales/management to meet goals, and handling paperwork efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships. Knowledge of Chevrolet products and federal/state financing regulations is beneficial.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an F&I Manager.
- Strong knowledge of finance and lending processes in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Prior experience with Chevrolet products and brand knowledge is a plus.
