Job Summary
Finance & Insurance Manager responsible for presenting finance and protection products to customers in a professional and ethical manner; securing financing through lender relationships; maximizing F&I product sales while maintaining high customer satisfaction; ensuring all finance and insurance paperwork is accurate, complete, and compliant; maintaining compliance with federal, state, and dealership regulations; partnering closely with the sales team to create a seamless customer experience; monitoring funding, contracts, and deal completion; achieving monthly production and performance goals; strong communication, presentation, and closing skills; bilingual English/Spanish encouraged.
Required Qualifications
- Previous automotive F&I Manager experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive finance, lending, and compliance requirements
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed performance goals
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and closing skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
