Job Summary
Automotive Finance Manager at Diehl Hyundai of Massillon is responsible for securing financing for customers, presenting and selling finance and insurance products (service contracts, GAP, etc.), ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining lender relationships, structuring deals for profitability, and completing all paperwork while collaborating with the sales team to close deals efficiently. The role requires experience in automotive finance, strong communication and customer service skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, and familiarity with a DMS (Tekion or similar) is a plus. Required Qualifications
- Previous automotive finance manager experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of dealership finance and insurance processes
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Tekion or similar DMS experience is a plus
