Job Summary
Finance Manager at Diehl Automotive responsible for arranging financing for customer purchases, presenting additional products to enhance ownership experience, structuring deals for profitability, handling title laws and registration processes, submitting deals to lenders, making credit decisions, closing deals, ensuring compliance with local/state/federal guidelines, preparing paperwork and delivering contracts, and expediting funding of contracts. Requires automotive finance experience, knowledge of dealership finance/insurance procedures, strong relationships with lending institutions, notary license (a plus), and excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Full-time position based in Butler, PA with in-person work arrangement and commission/bonus opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years of automotive finance experience preferred
- Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
- Proven record of product sales and finance penetration
- Strong relationships with lending institutions with references
- PA Notary license a huge plus
- Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation, and presentation skills
