Job Summary
The Automotive Finance Manager (F&I Manager) is responsible for assisting new and used car buyers with their financing and product needs while maintaining the profitability of their department and controlling expenses. They collaborate with financial lenders to secure funding approvals, provide detailed explanations of financing options and aftermarket products, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Additionally, they train the sales team on finance programs, manage contracts in transit for timely cash flow, and uphold high ethical standards in all operations.
