Job Summary
Structure deals for customers with credit challenges, communicate financing programs and warranty options, and adhere to state and federal regulations. Maximize insurance product penetration and profit by collaborating with sales personnel and Ford contacts to finalize new and used vehicle sales. Maintain accurate records, manage contract supplies, and report trends to the Finance Director while working irregular hours including evenings and Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License
- State Board of Vehicle Manufacturers, Dealers, and Salespersons license to sell automobiles (or qualifications necessary to secure license upon hire)
- 2 or more years of prior automotive sales and/or finance experience
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, computer software, and internet-based financing applications
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communications ability, including demonstrated negotiation and presentation skills and a professional demeanor
- Ability to work irregular hours, which may include evenings, 'bell-to-bell' hours, and/or Saturdays
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in a team environment
Desired Qualifications
- Prior automotive, warranty, feature, trade-in, and related sales experience
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field
