Job Summary
Finance Manager at Honda of North Hollywood responsible for generating revenue through financing, insurance programs, extended warranties, and aftermarket products; manages lender relationships, completes vehicle purchase paperwork, and ensures CSI targets are met. Leads the F&I team, recruits and develops sales staff, collaborates with dealership departments, and drives profitability through back-end products (e.g., service contracts, GAP, sealants). Requires experience with sub-prime lending, ability to handle A-Z loan processes, and strong customer service and negotiation skills. Bilingual Spanish and English skills are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of sales management experience
- Experience with sub-prime auto lending or special finance
- Ability to lead and develop a sales team
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
- Strong negotiation/closing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Experience with Dealertrack DMS and F&I platforms
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
