Job Summary
Lead and manage all finance and insurance (F&I) operations for vehicle and powersports sales; present financing options and aftermarket products to customers; secure financing through lenders and maintain relationships with financial institutions; ensure deals are structured for profitability while remaining customer-focused and compliant with regulations; complete and submit required paperwork; collaborate with sales to improve closing ratios; train and support sales staff on F&I processes and product knowledge; monitor performance metrics and resolve financing-related customer concerns.
Required Qualifications
- Previous F&I or automotive/powersports finance experience preferred
- Strong sales and closing skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
- Familiarity with dealership software and lender systems is a plus
- Valid driver’s license required
