Job Summary
Execute the dealership F&I sales process ensuring full compliance and disclosure while driving profitability through the sale of finance products, service contracts, and protection plans. Partner with leadership to meet and exceed performance goals, maintain strong relationships with lenders and manufacturers, and deliver a transparent, customer-focused financing experience. Complete all retail documentation accurately and efficiently. This role requires 2+ years of Automotive F&I experience, proficiency with IGNITE and RouteOne systems, and a strong background in automotive lending and compliance. Salary ranges from $200,000 to $250,000+ with unlimited commission potential.
Required Qualifications
- Previous Automotive F&I experience required
- Strong knowledge of automotive lending and compliance standards
- Proven ability to influence sales teams and drive profitability
- Strong organizational, communication, and mathematical skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and dealership systems
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years preferred
- Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds (IGNITE), RouteOne, and eLeads preferred
