Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager

Job Summary
Oversee the entire F&I process to ensure a seamless customer experience while providing expert advice on financing options, products, and services. Build and maintain relationships with lenders to secure favorable financing terms and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in financial transactions. Explain manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies ethically and professionally to customers. This role requires a PA Sales License and two to four years of related experience. Applicants must possess a valid driver's license, a satisfactory driving record, and willingness to submit to background checks, motor vehicle record checks, and drug tests.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to acquire and maintain a current PA Sales License
- Valid driver's license
