Job Summary
Install and remove all types of automotive window film, PPF, vinyl, and ceramic coatings while adhering to manufacturer standards. Read file notes for special instructions, verify orders with customers, and plan cuts to minimize waste. Maintain accurate daily inventory of film and supplies, participate in formal inventory processes, and keep the shop and warehouse clean and efficient. Complete customer paperwork, collect payments, and explain film care instructions. During slow periods, assist with distributing flyers, office maintenance, sales estimates, or other assigned duties.
Required Qualifications
- 3 Years of experience installing at a professional window tint shop
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
- This position requires the ability to lift 70-150 pounds, and be able to bend, stretch, and climb ladders without back restrictions
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Clean driving record
- No criminal record
Desired Qualifications
- 3 Years PPF and Vinyl installation experience
- 3 Years of experience detailing and/or paint correction
- 5 Years of experience at a professional shop
