Job Summary
Master existing sales, service, and operations processes to train team members and monitor performance for continuous improvement. Act as a floater, stepping into Service Advisor, Service Manager, or General Manager roles during absences or underperformance to maintain operational excellence. Execute remote sales activities and provide guidance to remote teams while collaborating on-site to address customer concerns. Develop strategies to increase or maintain gross profit across the region, requiring approximately 10% overnight travel. This role is critical for driving location profitability and ensuring seamless transitions within the SimplyAuto Care field operations team.
