Job Summary
Diagnose vehicle concerns and analyze technical faults to deliver actionable recommendations for the Authorized Repairer Network in Center-South Italy. Provide remote and on-site technical support, explain diagnostic procedures, and create detailed reports while managing client assets in full compliance. Engage independently with technical departments to ensure operational standards are met across the region. This role requires a proactive engineer with strong diagnostic skills, fluent English, and a valid Category B license. Required Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering
- previous experience as a Field Engineer
- previous experience as a Technical Helpdesk Advisor
- experience in the automotive sector
- experience in the truck sector
- experience in the industrial sector
- experience in the agriculture sector
- experience as an in‐workshop Diagnostic Technician
- experience in similar industries
- Valid driving licence (min. Category B)
- Fluent level of English (B1 or above)
- Field based: Center and South Italy (South of Toscana - Campania)
