Job Summary
Automotive Facility Maintenance Specialist needed to assist the Facilities Manager with regular upkeep of the dealership grounds and interiors at a Coconut Creek Chevrolet dealership. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness of the dealership, attention to pavement and landscaping, performing basic repairs, moving heavy equipment and furniture, coordinating with external contractors, repairing fixtures and equipment, general exterior maintenance including pressure washing and painting fixtures, and performing routine maintenance to prevent breakage. Must be physically able to lift 25+ pounds, stand for extended periods, and hold a valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR history.
