Job Summary
Oversee all finance and insurance activities within the dealership, including financing, leasing, and insurance products. Develop relationships with lending institutions and insurance companies to secure competitive rates. Work with sales personnel to structure deals that meet customer needs and maximize profitability. Review credit applications to determine financing options and present product options while explaining terms and conditions. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Monitor performance metrics to identify improvement areas and implement strategies for department optimization. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes. Salary ranges from $80,000 to $200,000 per year.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in dealership management systems (CDK experience a plus) and finance software applications.
