Job Summary
Utilize and support the dealership F&I selling process for compliance and disclosure with all vehicle deliveries. Generate additional income through sales of insurance, vehicles, service contracts, and maintenance plans. Benchmark each dealership's production goals with cooperation of the General Manager to measure growth and achievement of dealerships F&I goals. Maintain a good working relationship with several finance sources, including lenders and manufacturers, to ensure the best relationships with internal and external customers. Lead sales staff to improve profitability and meet or exceed established goals. This role requires 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Finance Manager and a background in Reynolds & Reynolds, ADP, RouteOne, or eLeads. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Finance Manager
- Ability to deliver all retail deliveries and complete necessary paperwork
- Ability to lead sales staff, including management, to improve profitability and meet or exceed established goals
Desired Qualifications
- Reynolds & Reynolds (ERA), ADP, RouteOne, eLeads experience
- Associate's degree or bachelor's degree
- Basic MS Office knowledge
- Computer software proficiency
- Internet proficiency
- General mathematic skills
