Job Summary
Experienced Finance Manager responsible for contracting new business, selling Finance products, and closing deals; generate finance income on all sold customers; verify paperwork involved with cash, finance, or loan transactions; seek bank approval on financed/leased deals; maintain knowledge of leases; assist in lender approvals; understand programs and rate options; solicit extended warranty sales; handle cancellations for extended service contracts and GAP policies. Requires 1+ year automotive finance experience; Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred; strong negotiation and presentation skills, excellent verbal/written communication, and professional appearance. In-person role based in Laurel, MD within a high-volume dealership environment.
Required Qualifications
- Previous Automotive Finance Experience (1yr or more) preferred
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred
- Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability
- Authorized to work in the USA
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass pre-employment background screening, Motor Vehicle Record check, and drug test
