Job Summary
Diagnose automotive problems as they arise, conduct inspections, and repair engine failure, mechanical, and electrical systems while replacing parts. Comply with manufacturer specifications throughout the repair process and mentor less experienced technicians on the Service Team. Prior experience working on Subaru vehicles is required alongside Master-level certification from Subaru or ASE. This role offers promotion from within, paid training to expand expertise, and steady opportunities in a high-volume, top 25 dealership environment.
Required Qualifications
- Master-level certification from Subaru or ASE
- Subaru experience if ASE Certified
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Must be 18 years or older
- Able to pass a criminal background check
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
