Job Summary
Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening, then demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and accessories. Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals, deliver vehicles while explaining features, warranty, and paperwork, and maintain customer information in the CRM. Follow up with existing clients to build relationships and develop new business through direct mail, networking, and telemarketing. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of competitive vehicle pricing and specifications to provide informative comparisons. Earn a bi-weekly salary plus monthly commission, with paid training and PTO starting day one.
Required Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the USA
- Able to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen
- Must have a valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
