Job Summary
Automotive Electronics Design Supervisor leading reverse-engineering efforts for automotive electrical components. Supervises and mentors a team of Electrical/Electronic Design Development Engineers to deliver aftermarket products, overseeing projects from conception to completion, conducting design reviews, supporting process engineering, and guiding component purchasing decisions. Maintains client relationships as needed and participates in business planning to drive timely, high-quality outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a supervisory or lead role managing an automotive electrical components design group.
- Strong electrical design skills in PCB layout, C programming, and analog and digital design.
- Proficient in project management tools like Microsoft Project.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
