Job Summary
The Service Technician installs, services, troubleshoots, and removes alcohol monitoring and vehicle electronic devices; provides customer training and phone support; performs weekly inventory and supports regional operations. Requires hands-on work with 12-volt DC systems, GPS, wiring and programming of electronic vehicle equipment, and familiarity with diagnostics, multimeter testing, and BCM/ignition systems. Must maintain a clean, compliant work environment, manage calls and client satisfaction, and uphold confidentiality and data security. On-site role with typical Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm hours and potential background checks or drug screening.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role
- Valid driver’s license (may be required depending on location)
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screening as applicable
