Job Summary
Diagnose and repair complex automotive systems including light engine work, transmissions, electrical, HVAC, steering, and suspension. Perform multi-point inspections, conduct road tests to confirm repairs, and execute preventive maintenance services. Document all work on repair orders, communicate with service advisors regarding scope changes, and file warranty claims. Maintain manufacturer certifications, participate in continuous training programs, and ensure customer vehicles are returned clean and safe. Adhere to OSHA regulations, hazardous waste disposal protocols, and all federal, state, and local laws regarding vehicle property and information.
Required Qualifications
- EV/Hybrid Certifications required
- Previous automotive technician experience required
- Must have basic tools
- Must have great technical and mechanical skills
- Must be a team player and have the ability to work repetitively on complex tasks
- Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background & drug test)
Desired Qualifications
- ASE certifications heavily preferred
- Manufacturer certifications heavily preferred
