Job Summary
Diagnose and repair customer vehicles, including light engine work, transmissions, electrical systems, and HVAC. Perform multi-point inspections, conduct road tests to confirm repairs, and execute preventive maintenance services. Document all work on repair orders, communicate with service advisors regarding additional needs or delays, and complete warranty claims. Maintain manufacturer certifications and participate in ongoing training programs to expand knowledge of new technology. Ensure customer vehicles are returned clean and comply with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding hazardous waste and safety.
Required Qualifications
- EV/Hybrid Certifications
- Previous automotive technician experience
- Must have basic tools
- Must have great technical and mechanical skills
- Must be a team player and have the ability to work repetitively on complex tasks
- Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background & drug test)
